Hello there,

I signed up a few weeks ago, but took the next step today to familiarize myself with the site. I am an associate broker but primarily do fix and flip, wholesale, and rent'n hold for several investors. My mantra is cooperation, sharing knowledge and building relationships. I am looking forward to teaching and learning on this site about acquisition, clever financing methods, and building real estate acquisition cooperatives.
