Hello and good morning! My name is Ashek. Currently, I work as in electrical engineer for a private electrical contractor here in NYC. I basically do electrical design for new constructs (200 units+). 

My goal is to have passive income by means of renting out property, but the possibilities are open and endless. I'm also interested in flipping homes but to do this here in NYC feels a bit daunting. The intention now is to start off somewhere cheaper and work/learn my way into bigger ticket homes (NYC).
