Hi everyone. I'm a new investor in Medford, OR looking to buy my first property and house hack. I'd love to network with some local wholesalers, realtors, and contractors. I'm also interested in hearing about any of your experiences with long-term rentals in the metro area, such as neighborhoods where you've the best luck with tentants and the least vacancies. The only experience I've had to date is listing a residence through Airbnb.
