Hi all,
I signed up for BP about a year ago and thought I should be polite and introduce myself. I'm a middle school teacher in rural Wisconsin (about 45 minutes to the Twin Cities metro) and enjoy doing mobile home deals during the summer. I typically buy as low as possible, fix 'em up a bit and sell them on contract.
Looking forward to continue learning from all of you on this site and expanding my own investing.
