New Investor from South Florida
Hello everyone,
I am finally getting into the real estate investor world. I have been listening to the podcasts here for about 6 months. I have been looking at investing into the real estate for the past 5 years but have been to scared to follow through. My New Year's resolution is to start this year.
My goal is 1 property this year whether single family, mobile home park or multi-family. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, but I am looking in quite a few areas since I have family all up and down the east coast.
