Spreadsheet to track income and expenses

Hello all,

I am new to real estate and have just purchased my first rental property.  It is a simple single family home where I am renting out to 4 single tenants.  I am looking for a simple spreadsheet that can help me organize renter information as well as tracking their payments.  On top of that, track overall income and expenses.  I am not looking to pay a company just yet, as I only have one property.  Can anyone  supply a good spreadsheet?
