Newbie from Des Moines, IA!
Hi everyone! My name is Tyler Peterson and I currently live in Ankeny, IA. For those of you who don't know, that is a suburb of the capital, Des Moines. My background in real estate is on the lending side, mostly. I started as a loan processor back in 2009 and became an underwriter in 2010. I was an underwriter all the way until my lay-off, earlier this month. I also got my real estate license in February of 2017. I haven't had a chance to really focus on that due to having a full time job, until now. I love real estate and have always had an interest in building wealth through investing. So, here I am, finally!
