Extremely New Investor

Hello everyone.

I wanted to introduce myself. My name is James and I am from Kansas. I just started my REI business through Cody Sperber's training and have setup the M5 Automation System. I'm trying to get used to all the forms and documents from going through the training. I've already setup my business and now I'm just trying to get some marketing things together to start getting deals going.

I'm as green as you can get with this, and have no experience with real estate except for being exposed to it when I bought my house last year with my wife. I am open to any advice on the best ways to get going with having leads coming in. I have a full time job, however I'm in no position to be spending a great deal of money on advertising because my wife and I are in debt. This is one reason I started this business, to get us out of debt and start getting my income to where I can leave my job and be home with my wife and our children.

I'm not here to blow any smoke and I'm asking that any advice you give me is straight and honest, because I am an honest person. I am looking forward to any advice you can give me to grow my business and lead me in the right directions.

I am in no way asking for an mentoring - I am strictly asking for advice.
