Im new and Im in the Philadelphia market

Hey fellow investors,

My name is Raheem and Im beginning my career as a real estate investor. With that being said, Im currently working on my first wholesales deals with my very first appointment coming up tomorrow. My optimum strategy is to wholesale, work into a couple flips to ultimately buy and hold.

I would appreciate any feedback or just warm welcomes, lol. As of now, my challenges are understand markets conditions, knowing how to get a comp (but Im feeling more confident about that as time goes on) and finding a reliable resource for the proper wholesaling contracts that I will need for my endeavors.
