Newbie looking to invest in Oklahoma & NW Arkansas

My husband and I are newbies looking to invest in Oklahoma and NW Arkansas to begin with. We are looking at mostly SFH and small Multi-family properties to buy and hold. We are learning a lot from the podcasts, webinars, and books. We are starting to network as well. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to blog, answer newbie questions, and give valuable tips.
