Added amenities can add resale value to my home ?

Hey, this is the first time I'm posting something in this forum.

I'm moving to my new home in Toronto.

I have a plan to sell my current home, not soon. Yeah, but maybe in this year!

I'm a family person. I already spent a lot in my home. Mostly in the backyard area. Our home has limited space, though the back yard is huge! We always encountered storage issue, that is the main reason for this shifting. We spent a lot in adding amenities. Last November, my hubby formed two backyard sheds for storage . It was done with the help of a nearby company here.

What bothers me now is, we haven't utilized it well! It has been only a few months. And we are moving to some other places! I truly feel it as a loss!

Can we consider these expenses while estimating our home resale value?? I googled about this, and found we can't expect dollar value for the amenities like pools, landscapes and all!

Our new home is huge, but the back yard is not that spacious, so can't consider shifting the sheds to there.

PS: I've attached a few pics of our new sheds
