New Member to Bigger Pockets investing in DMV area
My name is LaRon, I am new to bigger pockets. I have 6 rental properties prior to the 2008 crash, looking to use the principles from this site to do it correctly this time.
About me:
B.A. in Electrical Engineering
M.S. in Systems Engineering
work a regular 9-5 in government contracting.
What I have to bring to the table, Hustle, drive, willingness to do the grunt work, get my hands dirty, make calls, drive for dollars, etc.
My Project Management, Scrum Master skills and ability to negotiate are other skills I can use.
I am looking for any help that someone can provide I am looking to learn and grow and then assist others with the knowledge I have learned. Open to partnerships, private funding, fix flip, BRRR everything under the sun.
