Looking to buy my first rental in or around Fredericksburg VA.
I am new to the Bigger pockets forum as I am new to rental property investing in general. I am looking to purchase my first rental single family home in the next year or so. is there anyone out there around Fredericksburg Va that may have any advice for me? Is a townhouse as good or better that a single family? any advice would be great! Thanks in advance
