I'm an accountant living in Minneapolis but I'm from Grand Forks, ND and I'm looking to invest in buy and hold properties. I discovered BiggerPockets on YouTube about a year ago and I've gone back and listened to every podcast and several webinars since then. My wife and I will be closing on our first deal in a couple weeks and I'm already trying to find the next one.
