Hello from Western Wash
Hello everyone - joined the site last night. My wife and I attended a FB session this weekend, but don't plan to return tomorrow. I'm glad we went as it inspired me to learn some more. When we moved couple years ago, we kept the house and had it rented before we moved out. So far so good with renters. We are working on our plans to expand our holding and generate more cash flow.
