Hi All,

My name is Jennifer and I live in Indianapolis, IN. I would like to begin my new life in investing by first purchasing a multifamily rental property. I am not only excited about the cashflow and tax breaks that real estate investing will bring as I progress from deal to deal, but also about the ability to apply creative value added additions to those properties.

I discovered BiggerPockets while watching an REI video on YouTube, and I'm glad I did. I have found a wealth of helpful information and look forward to putting it to use.
