New to real estate any advice is appreciated
Hey guys, my names Aaron and I'm actually pretty new to real estate but I'm really eager to Learn and be the best I can. While not working I constantly read the bigger pockets books on real estate and the other book on rental properties. I travel a lot so I'm always listening to their podcasts as well. Real estate is something I can really see myself enjoying and I am passionate about my future with it as well. I'm 28 so I figured no better time than now to start this journey. So, I'm pretty sure I want to stick with rental properties and start with a duplex and do the whole FHA loan thing and I've ran the idea past my aunt who is also successful with her rental properties, but just like my need to read and listen to everything on the subject. I also want to hear other people's ideas as well and maybe learn as much as I can from how y'all got started. So any information is helpful thank you so much.
And I’m located and investing out of Houston Texas if that means anything.
Thank you
