Subs for new construction

I'm looking for sub contractors in the Tallahassee area for new construction foundation, electric, plumbing, drywalling,

Most places I've contacted there seem to do only remodel and repair work or don't answer or return my calls at all. 

I'll be flying out that way in a couple of weeks so i would be grateful if anyone could give me references on contractors they've used in that area.
