Hi all!
In truth I've been on BP for a few months but hadn't posted here yet, so hello!
New investor in the eduction phase, looking to learn as much as I can with the immediate goals of a house hack here in Los Angeles (if I can find something where the numbers work) and the purchase of my first rental property out of state.
I'm reading books, analyzing deals, listening to podcasts, attending meet ups, et al. Looking forward to diving into this world with you all.
