Looking at Properties

Samuel R. Jones
Posted

Hello everyone, My name is Sam Jones. I am brand new to investing. I am trying to read and watch all the videos I can in my spare time. It is great and exiting. My question is, I know when I went with my son to look at real estate for his first home , When we would ask to see inside of the house the relator would ask if he was pre qualified. So should I be pre qualified by a lender before I go look at property? Thank you.
