Beginner in Colorado

Hello to all of you experienced users!  I am 19 years old in Colorado and I have spent a lot of time listening to the bigger pockets podcast and other sources about business and real estate.  I am happy to say that I am now a member of this positive community and I was wondering if there was advice and suggestions that you guys have for me. 

My primary interests as of this moment are in the Buying and flipping houses, and renting.  And that is all that I honestly know about, if there is anyone in my area that understands the Colorado market, or is willing to just give me advice on where to get started in real estate please let me know.  And thank you so much in advance!
