Wholesale Real Estate in Ontario - Is it legal?
Hey so I have been looking into wholesale real estate in Ontario. Getting house under a POS agreement, then assigning the contract to an investor/cashbuyer and making the difference between them.
Whats holding me back is that i hear stories of attorneys saying its illegal because you aren't licensed, but then I hear from other stories that it is legal in Ontario.
Can anyone from Ontario who does wholesaling PLEASE help me out here? Much Appreciated.
