San Diego Locals who invest in BRRRR?

Hi all on BiggerPockets, 

I'm 34 years old and got a hold of a few books from BiggerPockers and have been educating myself the past month. I'm very new to Real Estate, I have zero properties so far but very motivated to educate myself and learn. Is there anyone in the San Diego area that is using the BRRRR method outside of San Diego? I'd love to meet up with you to discuss and see how we can help each other.
