Seeking advice on whether this property is a deal or overpriced.
Hi guys! New member and first post. Admittedly very ignorant. Seeking advice on a property I’m considering that is just outside of town, 4.5 acres with three mobile home sites with septic (aerobic) and separated metered electricity. Owner asking $110k. My thought is to put 3 mobile homes on it charging around $700 each per month. Is that asking price too high for this to be a deal? Thanks in advance!
