Hi BP People –

I'm new to REI, have been doing research this year and ready to take this from research to execution. I live in Geneva, IL and looking initially hone in the Greater Chicago Area. Short-term plans are SF-Fix/Flip, eventually getting into BRRRR with both SF and MF.

Would love to connect with local REI groups. I believe in mutually beneficial mentorship, partnerships - let's see where this takes us. Looking forward to connecting.

@Adam Fontana Great to see the tri cities on here. I live in Saint Charles. There is a few quality networking groups with members here on BP but you have to go a little east. @John Warren
