Hi! My name is Brad Othersen. I am 19 years old and currently work as an EMT. I own no real estate but have been following real estate investing and educating myself constantly on the subject. I plan on investing in SFH and also small multi family properties. I know that this is what I want to do and devote my time and resources to. Unfortunately, EMTs/paramedics only earn a decent living in Monterey County and the surrounding counties here. My family is here, so leaving isn't an option for me right now. This is relevant because the prices in Monterey County and surrounding counties are very high, and the rent prices are not enough to compensate. All in all, I'm still trying to figure my plan out, but for now all I can do is learn, save, keep looking, and connect with other investors. Thanks for reading and welcoming me here, Brad O.
