im brand new to wholesaling, haven't bought, sold, or flipped anything. There's vacant homes in my area that i know can be rented out. My plan was to purchase the homes, get the equity out, fix and rent. But due to me being in Bankruptcy, i can't pull equity until 2 years after im discharged. So i can put it someone's name, but my people focus on, getting it, fixing it and not being able to find tenants so they're scared to help me because then I'll have my regular mortgage + the new equity loan in their name. This ARV on one home is about $40,000, so if i can find the owner, i should be able to get it cheap since it needs a lot of TLC. Lol, what's my next steps?

If you are in BK it is bankruptcy fraud for you to take on debt without the approval of the court. Br careful to follow the bk laws.

You need to talk to your attorney about what you can and can't do.
