Beginner in Madison, WI

Hello! 

My name is Ace. I am a 27 year old male living in the greater Madison, WI area. I just recently came off of selling my personal condo and making some good money on it. My wife and I just bought our own house together and we have some remaining money left over from the sale of my condo. We are wanting to get into rental properties. We have been binging on BP podcasts to learn as much as we can. 

We both have good corporate jobs but are looking at rental properties for some passive income streams. Any beginners advice would be appreciated. We have already reached out to a friendly investor real estate agent and are signed up for automatic updates from the MLS. Looking forward to learning from the BP community!
