Hi everyone!

My name is Jing and I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area. I been involved with real estate in some capacity since I was 20 years old. When I was in college, my parents got a condo close to the campus where I was renting out one of the rooms.

I got my real estate broker and mortgage license back in 2012 and have been doing real estate both full time and part time. I currently co-own two rentals with my parents and my own house where I'm renting out the front half as Airbnb/furnished rooms. I also participated in a syndication. 

My goal is to own my own portfolio where I can have enough cashflow to be able to cover my expenses each month and then build financial freedom.
