New member--relocating to Panama City, Florida

Ryan Hatfield
Posted

Hello,

My family and I are moving in the next couple weeks to Panama City, Florida courtesy of a military PCS. Outside of a ton of reading, I have no experience in real estate except for buying and now selling my current primary residence here in Virginia. I am looking to get started with a house hack in the next 6-8 months once we have settled in from the move. Hopefully I can find a duplex or triplex to get started in real estate investing and build out from there. Looking forward to making connections and learning from all the experience and knowledge everyone has.

Thanks,

Ryan

@Ryan Hatfield Welcome to the community and congrats on your decision! I think you have a solid plan. There are quite a few military folks in this community that are investing in real estate so feel free to reach out if you need any help. Cheers!
