Interested on investing on rental properties back home.
Newbie here...
I have some questions about buying my first investment. Problem is im buying my rental property overseas (Im not american so Im planning to retire back to my homeland) I'm about this close on buying my first townhouse investment but kinda hesitant because the things I read and watched might not apply to my home country. Is this forum just for USA real estate investing?
