How have you built up confidence in real estate investing
Hello Bigger Pockets Community,
I am new to this community, and I am looking forward to get in the real estate investing industry. For me I am at the beginners stage, and I find that real estate is a bit intimidating when you do not have a lot of knowledge in the industry, just like anything in life. I have read the "Ultimate Beginners Guide" and "The book on investing in Real Estate With No Money Down", and I just purchased a copy of "The book on rental property investing" that I am eager to read. I have been listening to Bigger pockets podcast, and have also been watching a bunch of youtube videos. I have picked up great knowledge from all these different sources. There is still a lot for me to learn, but the one thing I need, is to build up the confidence to not only buy real estate but speak it with others. I am not at the position to buy yet, but I want to be able to speak real estate with confidence. I do not want to be that person who spends years studying real estate and never pulling the trigger. I think confidence, and trusting in yourself is key in this industry. Two qualities that I lack at the moment. How did you guys build up that confidence in the beginning of your real estate careers?
