New potential investor - Memphis / Huntsville

Ben Bailly
Posted

Hello all,

My name is Ben, I am a new potential investor looking to get recommendations for Memphis, TN and also Huntsville, AL.

I’ve been living in LA for the past 10 years and I own my place here for the past 6 years. The current RE market in SoCal makes it’s difficult to invest that’s why I have been looking at other market.

I’m Looking to network with local investors in Tennessee to further understand the markets.

Looking for forward to connect!

To start, I’d like to find a house in the 80K / 120k price range, that would rent for $800 / $1200.

And if everything goes well, the goal is to have a few houses in the next couple years!
