New Member in Massachusetts

Hello everyone,

New member from Massachusetts looking to get started in real estate investing.

Although my wife and I both do well as far as W2 income is concerned we are looking for something more valuable. Financial independence. Although we are on pace to retire as millionaires through 401k and 457 retirement contributions, on top of the fact I will get a pension as long as I work for 20+ years, I have this strong feeling that I don’t want to follow the traditional route. Why wait until we are in our 60’s and well past our prime to enjoy life the way we truly want to? I guess that’s the “Why” for us to begin our investing journey.

I’m sure I’ll have a million questions and I hope to meet some local investors as well.
