New Investor From Baltimore Area
Hi, names Shawn I am new to the investing scene and have since been slightly obsessed over learning everything.(Wife's words not mine) :) I plan on becoming a Property Locator for buyers for awhile as I get more knowledge about real estate. My long term plan is to own a few residential houses to rent.As of this date I have about 1k to invest in marketing and other online subscriptions to provide me with info.Any suggs would be Greatly!
