Newbie from Kailua Kona Hawaii
Aloha everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself to the community and get involved. My name is Kris Devers and just started learning about real estate investing. I have successfully operated my Dental office for the last ten years. I recently came across real estate investing with my brother in law and we started our own company. I have completely become enthralled with how much their is to learn with real estate investing and am really looking forward to this journey. I am a newbie and we are currently starting with flipping/rehabbing single family homes. I am a true believer in surplus versus scarcity mindset and with that in mind, I look forward to networking and helping others in my area.

I highly recommend you coming to the our local West Hawaii REIA meeting. It's the third Thursday of every month. West Hawaii Association of Realtors (WHAR) office, 75-5995 Kuakini Hwy., #221, Kailua-Kona. This in the Pottery Terrace, above Jackie Rey's. Look for our signs. Admission is $20 at the door, or you can pay for an annual membership. Cash, check, and credit cards accepted. The meeting starts at 6PM with doors open at 5:45. Hope to see you there!
