Hi everyone. My name is Josh and I live in So. California. I am currently a real estate agent and have been for the last 7 months. I am so glad I found you guys. For the last two months I've really been thinking about getting into the real estate investing side.

The reason I'm glad that I found you guys is because these last 3 or 4 weeks Ive been going to these investment seminar companies that will teach you how to get into real estate investing but with a cost. I don't know if any of you have every been to any of these companies or have ever signed up, but they want want me to pay anywhere from 2000.00 up to 22,000.00. Thats crazy but I really want to learn how to do this and am willing to pay because they offer training.

Im glad i found you guys because now Im going to hold off on signing up and hold off on spending 2000 dollars that i dont have. I want to see what i can learn here.

So this is why im here, to learn. Ive been reading through some of the threads on this site and because of the good information that Ive read so far its making me hold off from buying the 2000.00 package.

Can I get someones feed back on, if paying for these classes would be worth it...? Should I do it? People say that you have to invest in your education!

I would like to meet a mentor! I learn quick, But my weakness is that I need to see it done first. Or at least be given a step by step instruction.

Thanks for taking the time and reading my first post, and i hope i can get some help from all of you. I also hope someone cam help me with my decision on purchasing that entry level package. I really dont want to pay for it but if i have to, to learn I will.

Thanks everyone.
Josh
