Hey, Everyone! California guy here

Oh, man, what a great place to learn. First and foremost, I'd like to thank everyone here for already teaching me so much. It's a great community here.

I'm just 19 years young but have the drive and ambition to take my life to new heights through doing what I love. I'm still at a crossroads in my life regarding my career, but I hope to come to an understanding of this business and thrive from it. I currently live in northern California (Sacramento area) and the market here seems to have potential. I still have lots of learning to do, but with networking and time I'm absolutely positive I can make great things happen.

I'd like to start out wholesaling with my older brother/partner, and we're on track to making that first deal. Eventually, I'd like to invest and flip properties, and my ultimate goal is owning an apartment complex.

I'm more than open to any input and advice, and if you're in the Sacramento area, I'd love to talk to you.

Also, I'm just starting out in college with my major in Business Entrepreneurship, but I'd really like to expand that into some sort of Real Estate minor/major. Again, any advice is welcome.

Thanks for all that you do and best of luck.

- Joe
