Hi all,

I am a newbie to real estate investing. My goal is to achieve financial freedom and invest back into impoverished communities in my hometown by equipping them with funding and resources to be successful.  I'm located in a very scarce market so I'm running into challenges with finding cash buyers but willing to work hard, learn and figure it out how the best tactical method that works for my market to help sellers who are in dire need to get rid of their properties.
