Looking to Network with Investors and other Wholesalers in TN

Hello all! You can call me Nate. I am a business owner and entrepreneur local to Middle Tn. I am new to the group, and recently finalized my first FSBO real estate transaction. Now I'm hooked. I'm specifically interested in Wholesaling at this point in time, and looking to network with other local wholesalers and investors/ contractors/ flippers in the area. I have been in contact with several investor friendly real estate title companies located in Dickson, Columbia, Spring Hill, and Franklin areas. Hoping to stick to this general area, but willing to travel for the right situation!

Hey Nathaniel! Welcome, I'm in Nashville and some of the best ways to meet other local investors is via REIN. There are monthly meetings and opportunities for networking with investors, wholesalers, hard money lenders, etc.  You should also join the local REIN Facebook group if you haven't already.
