what’s up BP forums so I want to briefly explain my situation, first if I’m 25 year old in Long Island NY got pulled into the real estate game after a friend of mine introduce the brief concept of passive income, so I am pre approved for an fha loan of 200k with a 203k loan of 25k being granted it’s not much to work with but I was looking into foreclosure homes in my area in anyone opinion is that a reasonable route to take to acquire my first investment property ?
