US Navy Dentist interested in investing in NC and ID
My name is Tyler Bond and I have a passion for creating a legacy for my family that will last for decades after I’m gone.
I’m a US Navy Dentist who will be purchasing a private practice in 3 years once my obligation to the Navy is over in the Boise ID area.
My wife and I purchased our first house that was a REO in Jacksonville NC with the help of our savvy realtor who got the house well under its estimated value for us in a market where houses are selling at or above market value. Not an amazing investment property but a great buy for our home for the next 3 years.
We have signed up to join the local Wilmington Investor Association. Hopefully we can get familiar with our market here and invest more to create that cash flow.
