Hello everyone,

My name is Brandon. I've had a BP account for awhile and decided to make the shift from lurker to being more proactive on the forums. I am a dentist by trade, but looking to expand my portfolio into SFR and multifamily investment properties. Looking to connect with lenders, agents, wholesalers, contractors and anyone else involved in the process. Primary geographical areas of interest of are NC, SC, VA, DC, MO, parts of SoCal and NYC metro though I am open to other regions if opportunity presents itself.
