Newbie from West Michigan!
Howdy!
I am brand spanking new. I am still in hunting and gathering mode. I've thought about real estate investing on and off for the past few years but just haven't made that 1st initial step yet. (which is probably the hardest part yes?)
I am a sales professional that wants to learn something new, fun, and challenging....and make alot of money doing it. (YES!)
Just browsing through the forums I see that you all are a wealth of inforrmation! I am just trying to narrow down what my 1st step should be. Any advise anyone would like to give me, please feel free to share. I am a sponge.
