Hello my name is Joshua Swanger I was a member of BP 2012-2013 but got lost. Now I have found my way back with a purpose. I have plans of sending postcards to sfr's with equity in hopes of getting them to owner finance rental properties to me if not I can wholesale what doesn't meet my criteria.
