NEW to BP from Redding CA! Anyone wholesaling in my area?

Hi my name is Chelsea and I'm new to the Bigger Pockets site. I have been in Real Estate for many years as a broker/agent and my husband and I have done about 5 deals over the last 13 years. Listening to the podcasts it seems like we should be doing that many deals in less than a year! So hoping to learn ways to use all the knowledge and experience I already have and put it into better practice.
