NEW to BP from Redding CA! Anyone wholesaling in my area?
Hi my name is Chelsea and I'm new to the Bigger Pockets site. I have been in Real Estate for many years as a broker/agent and my husband and I have done about 5 deals over the last 13 years. Listening to the podcasts it seems like we should be doing that many deals in less than a year! So hoping to learn ways to use all the knowledge and experience I already have and put it into better practice. I'm looking to connect with anyone on the site in my area or anyone interested in my area. If anyone is wholesaling in my area I would love to connect as well!
