Kansas City, MO, real estate newbie investor (to be)

Hello all!

I am a newbie to BP and aspired real estate investor! I just wanted to introduce myself to this wonderful community.

I currently in the process of moving to KCMO, but I am originally from Japan (born and raised). I love this city, and my wife and I are thinking of starting building wealth through real estate investing (rental properties) and stocks. Brandon's book "The Book on Rental Property Investing" brought me here.

We are also currently looking to buy our first home.

Really hyped about this journey, and looking forward to learning more each day.
