Newbie from Orange County, CA
Hello Everyone!
I am a new real estate investor jumping into the world of real estate. I am located in Orange County, CA. I have set a 90 day challenge to purchase my first property. My background is mostly in Enterprise Software Customer Success but have always had an interest in investing in real estate. I have a degree in accounting and enjoy the analysis and numbers side as well as the people and relationship side of investing.
Real Estate Interests: I am most interested in Single Family properties 3+ bedrooms with 1.5+ baths and Multi-Family Duplex properties. I am looking at going with conventional financing for my first property as well as possible partnerships. The areas I am looking into the most right now are Boise, ID, Atlanta, GA, and Indianapolis, IN.
Personal Interests: Love the outdoors and climbing! From hiking to alpine mountaineering you can find me enjoying it. Besides the outdoors, I enjoy reading (I think most people on here will, at least about real estate), flying planes, sailing, and triathlons.
