Hi,

I'm a newbie RE Investor. My 90 days goal is to immerse in RE and learn as much as possible and then take action in 2020. I attend the webinars, listen to podcasts and read books. 

I intend to wholesale to get some cash to start but will do some fix n flips to get some experience with rehabbing. My end goal is acquiring SFH & MF properties using the BRRRR method.

Excited meeting everyone and learning from you guys.
