Hey like minded friends! I would like the opportunity to network with experienced wholesalers. I would like to know what criteria you look for when finding a deal.
GOALS
Follow through with first deal within the next 3 months
Gain more knowledge in wholesaling
Have a positive cash flow within the next 6 months
HOW I ARRIVED TO THIS SITE
I was talking with my cousin about how you would get started in real estate. He told me to listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcast. I was hooked immediately.
MY EXPERIENCE
I have taken a real estate course and studied accounting in college. The experience is low, but I am looking to get my feet wet and I am excited to learn!
